The Source is open every day from 12:30-5:00 PM, for anyone ages 12-24. Here you can receive:- Daily meals
- Internet access
- Showers & toiletries
- Clothing
- A trusted mailing address
- Help with documentation like ID or birth certificate
- Employment help
- Access to medical care
- Mental health support
- Legal counseling
- Education support
- Housing assistance
- Activities, groups, & more!
FREE OVERNIGHT HOMELESS SHELTER
The Source Overnight Shelter is open every night at 5:00 PM for anyone ages 12-20. Here you can receive:- Safe place to sleep
- Daily meals
- Showers, toiletries, & clothing
- Case Management to help you with goals
- Individual and family counseling
- Employment help
- Education support
- Transportation assistance
- Housing navigation
- Mental health support
- Equine therapy
- Life-Skills development
- Activities, groups, & more!
Chase House
Chase House is a state-licensed Qualified Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 12-18 who have been placed by the state due to family disruption. While at Chase House, youth receive: School Support-
- Family coaching services
- Life-skills development
- Mental health support
- Physical wellness support
- Equine therapy
- Community integration
- Recreational and educational activities
- Array of individual counseling and support groups.
SUPPORTIVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN DENVER & BOULDER
Affordable housing for young people, ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness + supportive services. TGTHR offers supportive services at two different apartment complexes, along with a Transitional Living Program. While in TGTHR’s housing program, individuals receive:-
- Case management tailored to each tenant focused on helping them achieve their self-set goals
- Employment support and opportunities
- Education support
- Access to behavioral healthcare, such as counseling, support groups, and family reunification services
- Inclusive environment with leadership opportunities and building-wide activities
