Born and raised in Colorado, Connie Hernandez studied Sociology and Leadership at CU Boulder. She says she loves working with people from all various backgrounds and immersing herself in different cultures and communities. Connie appreciates a good challenge when it comes to her work, and appreciates the variety of the job at TGTHR. As Case Management Associate, Connie supports the youth at Chase House through their behavioral and development plans, with the ultimate goal having them successfully transition out of Chase House onto the next step.
