Hannah LaChance is a Colorado native who moved to Boulder in 2021 to pursue a master’s degree in conservation and sustainability from Colorado University. Before joining TGTHR, Hannah worked as a clinical case manager with the Mental Health Center of Denver and had a position as a Job and Education Readiness intern with The Gathering Place. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services with a concentration in non – profit management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and is passionate about addressing systemic oppression and racism through equity, justice, and sovereignty.
