Spencer Downing currently serves as the Interim CEO at TGTHR. Having held a similar role last year at the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, Spencer is uniquely qualified, knowledgable, and passionate about this work. He has been working in nonprofits of various kinds for most of his career, in either education or working to end homelessness. Spencer’s family moved to Colorado seven years ago. Prior to that move, he directed a day center with the mission of ending isolation and homelessness in Hollywood, California.
