Troy Johnson has 15 years of experience leading empowerment programs for underserved communities in the United States and abroad. While he has often supported youth development projects, he also has experience in human and civil rights, advocacy, economic development, and education. In addition to his thematic areas of interest, Troy’s functional experience includes organizational strategy, program design, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, networking and outreach, communications, research, and fundraising. Troy is deeply motivated to help the individuals and communities he interacts with set and achieve their goals.
