Construction is underway at 2700 Wewatta Way in Denver! CBS Colorado visited Boulder to see 1440 Pine, the supportive housing complex that this new building in Denver is modeled after! Learning from tenants and staff at 1440 Pine in Boulder has been key in the development of services, design of building, and location selection for 2700 Wewatta. We couldn’t be more excited to expand into Denver!
