THE SOURCE SHELTER HAS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED OPERATIONS due to financial strain. TGTHR is actively working on solutions to reopen.

 
TGTHR has made the difficult decision to suspend operations at The Source Youth Shelter. This includes the emergency youth shelter, drop-in resource center, and outreach services.

We are incredibly sorry for the loss of this vital community service. It was a financially driven decision and we remain committed to ending youth homelessness through our housing programs and Residential Care.

SUPPORTiVE HOUSING

 
TGTHR offers supportive services at 1440 Pine, a 40-unit permanent supportive housing complex in Boulder, for young people ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness. While in TGTHR’s housing programs, individuals receive:

  • Case management tailored to each tenant focused on helping them achieve their self-set goals.
  • Employment support and job opportunities.
  • Education support and resources.
  • Access to behavioral healthcare, such as counseling, support groups, and family reunification services.
  • Inclusive environment with leadership opportunities and building-wide activities.

Affordable Housing for Homeless Youth

SUPPORTiVE HOUSING

 
TGTHR offers supportive services at Nest56, a 56-unit apartment complex for young people ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness. While in TGTHR’s housing programs, individuals receive:

  • Case management tailored to each tenant focused on helping them achieve their self-set goals.
  • Employment support and job opportunities.
  • Education support and resources.
  • Access to behavioral healthcare, such as counseling, support groups, and family reunification services.
  • Inclusive environment with leadership opportunities and building-wide activities.

ChaseChase-House-500 House

 Chase House is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 12-18 who have been placed by child welfare agencies due to family disruption.

In this home environment, youth receive support to prevent them from aging out of the system into homelessness. This includes:

  • School support
  • Family coaching services
  • Life-skills development
  • Mental & physical health support
  • Community integration
  • Recreational and educational activities
  • Array of individual counseling and support groups.
