Alex Rugoff has dedicated his career to advancing affordable housing and economic development in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes roles in the US Senate, the City of Durango, and a Boulder-based real estate development company. He is currently with Vail Resorts, where he focuses on expanding their workforce housing portfolio. Alex’s commitment to housing solutions deepened while working on a permanent supportive housing project in Boulder, where he connected with TGTHR. He is passionate about TGTHR’s mission and is committed to supporting young people in Colorado. In his free time, Alex enjoys hiking, skiing and fly fishing with his wife and dog.
