Annie Perizzolo is currently the Director of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program Management at American Express National Bank. As the Director of CRA Program Management, Annie oversees the Bank’s regulatory report for CRA and the management of the over $1.5 billion CRA portfolio, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments, New Market Tax Credits, community development loans, and community development equity investments.  Annie joined the TGTHR board,  and serves on a number of non-profit boards and finance committees, to support community development and TGTHR’s mission of increasing stable housing for young people. Prior to joining American Express National Bank, Annie led affordable housing and community development underwriting at BBVA USA and supported the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund through a consulting contract. Annie is based in Denver, Colorado and graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Engineering and from Columbia School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research.
