Carey Mason is the Founder/CEO of DEI4BIZ, helping companies transform diversity, equity, and inclusion into the most catalytic ingredients of business growth strategy to strengthen overall value. Prior to joining the TGTHR Board, Carey provided consulting services to both the board and staff while also volunteering for the annual “Sleep Out”. “During my twenties, I experienced homelessness even though I was employed. My survival depended upon the graciousness of others. I am proud to support TGTHR in our quest to end youth homelessness realizing that everyone may not have the safety net that supported me.”
