Devin Billingsley has spent the balance of his career working at the intersection of the public and private sectors. With specialties ranging from institutional commercial real estate investment and development to municipal and public finance, Devin brings a financial acumen that helps drive the growth of sustainable and inclusive communities. Devin has an undergraduate degree from California State University and graduate business and finance degrees from UCLA and the University of Denver. Devin is a proud husband and father to two energetic sons spending most of his free time on the trails, bike paths, and ball fields around the Denver-Boulder area. Devin joined the TGTHR Board to pay forward blessings he received as a youth and do his part to push forward an organization dedicated to giving young people the foundation and stability they deserve to reach their full potential.
