STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM
STREET OUTREACH for boulder homeless youth
TGTHR’s Street Outreach Program connects with unsheltered young people, helping them with immediate supplies, direct resources, and referrals to TGTHR programs and other community services.
In addition to handing out food, hygiene supplies, and other necessary items to those in our community experiencing homelessness, the outreach team is oftentimes the first point of contact for many young people who enter one of TGTHR’s programs. Through relationship building and consistent community presence, our outreach team is a trusted source for unsheltered individuals.
