An experienced nonprofit professional with a desire to serve marginalized populations, Alex Bergland leverages more than a decade of community volunteer and professional experience that has helped her develop a clear understanding of the complexities of poverty and homelessness as well as a passion for alleviating its effects in our community. Prior to working at TGTHR, she served in various roles at Lutheran Family Services, Hunger Free Colorado and Share Our Strength, helping coordinate health services, food security and volunteer programs. At TGTHR, Alex is responsible for the development and management of communication strategies, executing campaigns that include (but are not limited to) email, direct mail, social media presence, website and digital marketing. She is also a core member of the development team, managing a small team of professionals focused on development support, donor acknowledgment, volunteerism and community outreach. Alex is an essential part of telling the TGTHR story to the community.
