OTHER YOUTH PROGRAMS

Street Outreach
You can find our Street Outreach Team in the Boulder community most days, connecting with young unsheltered individuals and providing food, basic supplies, and case management for additional support.

Transitional Living Program
TGTHR’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) connects young people between the ages of 18-24 with safe and stable housing in the greater community and provides ongoing support to keep them housed.

Supportive Housing
1440 Pine & Nest56 are affordable housing complexes for 18-24-year-olds with a history of homelessness and who will benefit from the supportive services.
