You might need a place to sleep tonight or help preparing for your job interview tomorrow. Whatever you need to help yourself, we can figure it out together.

Call (303) 447-1207 for more information, or visit The Source Drop-In Resource Center, any day between 12:30 – 5:00 PM for services or to ask about shelter and housing programs.

Street Outreach

You can find our Street Outreach Team in the Boulder community most days, connecting with young unsheltered individuals and providing food, basic supplies, and case management for additional support.

Transitional Living Program

TGTHR’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) connects young people between the ages of 18-24 with safe and stable housing in the greater community and provides ongoing support to keep them housed.

Youth apartment

Supportive Housing

1440 Pine & Nest56 are affordable housing complexes for 18-24-year-olds with a history of homelessness and who will benefit from the supportive services.
