A reliable, highly motivated and energetic professional with more than 15 years of personal and professional experience, including over a decade at TGTHR, Megan Bruce has developed an in-depth understanding of victimization and is trained in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing and informed supervision. She believes that every young person she works with has the potential to accomplish any goal they set their mind to. As a result, she relishes the opportunity to empower these individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to break the cycle of homelessness by making every instance of youth homelessness rare, brief and nonrecurring. As Director of Programs, Megan oversees the five comprehensive programs TGTHR offers, ensuring they are running efficiently and meeting the needs of young people in our community.
