Patricia Leal is a Case Manager with the Nest 56 program located at 2700 Wewatta Way in Denver, connecting the tenants with resources and supporting them in reaching their goals and finding independence outside of TGTHR’s housing program. Patricia graduated from Regis University in 2006 with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and brings several years of experience working with adults, families, and children in the areas of mental health, drug and alcohol, criminal justice, and case management. Patricia is excited to be a part of the TGTHR team and is looking forward to making a difference in the lives of the people. Patricia’s favorite quote is “Change is a process, not an event.”
