After a recent move from Tennessee, Taylor Curtis is overjoyed to be a Colorado resident. Prior to joining TGTHR, Taylor worked in community organizing and non-profit youth leadership development, and she has extensive training in facilitation, public speaking, and youth development. Taylor believes in the value of curiosity before judgement, of giving each other the benefit of the doubt, and contributing whatever we can to enhance our community. These ideals shape her life and are at the core of why she joined the TGTHR team. She credits her achievements to all the mentors, teachers, and friends who have chosen to care for and invest in her, even when they didn’t have to. That is in part, why she takes so much pride in managing TGTHR’s Volunteer Program. The young people utilizing TGTHR’s services deserve to have supportive adults to care for and invest in them, and our incredible volunteers continually show up to provide that support.
