STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM
STREET OUTREACH for boulder homeless youth
TGTHR’s Street Outreach Team meets young people out in the community and builds trust with those in active homelessness. Working on sidewalks, in parks, and at local partner spots, our dedicated team offers immediate relief—including food, hygiene supplies, and resources—as well as individualized support.
In addition to handing out necessary items to those in our community experiencing homelessness, the outreach team is oftentimes the first point of contact for many young people who enter one of TGTHR’s programs. Through consistent and compassionate engagement, the outreach team is a trusted source for unsheltered individuals, and we’re able to help disconnected young people take their first steps toward stability.
