Transitional Living Program
Transitional Living Program for Homeless Youth
TGTHR’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) helps young adults ages 18-24 secure safe, affordable housing in the greater community. Our dedicated team guides young people through the housing voucher process and provides ongoing support through personalized case management and comprehensive services.
Through our established partnerships with affordable housing communities, we can ensure each participant receives the time and support they need to develop confidence, skills, and resources before transitioning to complete independence. This proven approach empowers young people to thrive in their own homes while helping break the cycle of homelessness.

Frequently asked questions
Through landlord cultivation and solid relationships, we work with local Housing and Human Services agencies, as well as Volunteers of America to fund rapid re-housing interventions for young people who might otherwise be homeless. When a participant is referred through specific housing assistance programs, a TGTHR case manager will work directly with you to complete a rental application and meet all initial move-in requirements.
Once the TGTHR tenant is housed, we work with them to ensure on-time rental payments while they are on rental assistance.
We are always seeking new paertnerships with rental property owners for TLP. If you are interested in learning about all the benefits of partnering with us, as well as the process, please call us at 303.447.1206
